At Logent, people are at the center of everything we do. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where diversity, equality and safety are fundamental pillars.

Our social responsibility extends from recruitment to skills development and community engagement. We believe that sustainable business starts with caring for our employees and contributing to a better society.  

Making a difference

Every year, we employ over 3,000 people from diverse backgrounds – from those just starting their careers after graduation to individuals facing challenges entering the labor market. We are convinced that diversity and inclusion make us stronger and lead to a more dynamic workplace. Our goal is to be an attractive and responsible employer, helping more people develop their careers and achieve their goals.

Since 2017, we have actively and successfully worked on social issues, focusing on inclusion, equality and social responsibility. Our mission has primarily been to enable employment for groups that, for various reasons, find it harder to enter the workforce.

As a clear example of our ability to take social responsibility, we were awarded “Det goda exemplet” in autumn 2022. A recognition given to companies that demonstrate strong commitment to social responsibility and ESG principles.

Diversity and inclusion

Equality is a given at Logent, and we actively work to provide equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, background or experience. Our ambition is to increase representation in leadership positions and foster a culture where everyone can grow.  

Logent offers young people a pathway into working life. We collaborate with schools and educational institutions to provide practical experience and career opportunities. Today, a large proportion of our employees are under 30, which is a clear evidence of our commitment to the next generation. Through trainee programs and internal training, we create conditions for long-term development.

Safe and sustainable work environment

A safe work environment is a given at Logent. We invest in training, workplace safety programs and continuous development to ensure our employees thrive and feel well. Health and wellbeing are part of our sustainability efforts, and we work systematically to prevent risks and create a secure workplace.

Whistleblowing 

We strive to run our company in a long-term and sustainable manner. Therefore, it is important to us that irregularities that could seriously harm our operations or our employees are identified and investigated as early as possible. We encourage both employees and external parties to use our anonymous whistleblowing service.
