Logent employees across five countries took part in a joint wellbeing challenge in May, encouraging physical activity and supporting a shared sustainability goal.
Logent’s internal Health & Wellbeing Challenge invited employees to track walking, running and cycling activities throughout the month. The initiative aimed to promote employee wellbeing while bringing teams together across locations.
The campaign was built around a common target: the total distance was calculated based on the distance between Logent’s locations across six countries, creating a shared goal that connected all sites.
Participation remained strong throughout the challenge, with activity levels increasing over time. In total, employees covered over 11,000 kilometres, clearly exceeding the original target of 7,150 km.
Wellbeing and responsibility hand in hand
Employee wellbeing and sustainable working life are important priorities across all industries. Supporting everyday wellbeing and long-term work ability is a key part of building a sustainable organization. At Logent, responsibility is a core part of the company’s strategy, with a strong focus on people.
The challenge demonstrated how simple, everyday activity can support wellbeing and strengthen collaboration across teams and countries.
“Our people are our most important asset. It has been truly encouraging to see how many colleagues took part and contributed throughout the challenge, and how the initiative brought movement into everyday routines across our organization,” says Camilla Källvik, Head of HR and Public Affairs. “At the same time, it is meaningful that we can connect this kind of initiative to a wider purpose and support an important cause beyond our own organization.”
As the shared target was achieved, Logent will make a donation to UNICEF in line with the campaign plan.
Through this contribution, the company aims to support the wellbeing of children and young people and contribute to work that has a broader impact on society.
